Networking with other Agents

Selling a home is not as easy as putting a sign on the lawn and an ad in the paper. A home needs to be properly prepared, showcased and advertised in order for the Seller to get the best possible price, in the shortest realistic time, with the least amount of hassle.

It is also very important for your Realtor to have a good working relationship with other Realtors in the area. When your agent has the cooperation of other active agents he can guide them towards your property. The old adage - "It's not just what you know, but who you know" does hold true with real estate as well.
